We are happy to both exchange items and refund if you are not satisfied with your order within 14 calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.
How can I return or exchange a product ordered with you?
You can return/exchange an item purchased from hollyhastie.com up to 14 days after the delivery date.
The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense. Please have all labels still attached to the garment we will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or show any signs of being worn or damaged.
The goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receiving. All items must be returned via recorded delivery. HOLLY HASTIE cannot take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Holly Hastie, PO Box 127, Swansea, SA3 9BF, UK.
Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then be processed.
