Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to both exchange items and refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your order within 14 calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice/order.

Here’s how to return your order:

Please download and print the Return Address Label, stick the return address label on the parcel and add stamps from your local postal service for the correct weight of parcel.

Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached and post back to us using your local postal service.

Alternatively if it is more convenient we can arrange a courier to collect the parcel from your address, we will email you a pre-paid courier shipping return label for you to print out and attach to the parcel. A fee will be deducted from your order total for the courier service, please see rates below. If you would like this service please email us at sales@hollyhastie.com.

Rest of World: £19.95

Remember to write on your parcel ‘RETURNED UNWANTED GB MERCHANDISE’ to avoid import / export duties.

What happens next?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been refunded.

Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
